Dana plane crash : whose fault

I have been wondering  about the Dana air crash and keep asking myself this question, whose fault. I tried blaming everybody that have anything to do with leadership in this country about the misfortune that befalls us yesterday and I think that my blaming it on them is justified.

Just thinking about all the troubles we go through  in this country called Nigeria. We thank God for passing the era of Niger delta militants then comes boko harm and kidnapping. Don't know were we are heading to in this our country Nigeria.
